Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

· The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

· The item must be returned in its original packaging.

· A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Costs

· Shipping costs are non-refundable if the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind).

· If the product is defective or incorrect, a full refund or exchange will be provided, including applicable shipping costs.
